Life changing habits that have changed my life.

          Humans are creatures of habits. What you repeatedly do determine the type of life you live. Habits can be bad, which will destroy your life, or good, which will do the opposite. In this post we will see good life changing habits that changed my life to the better. 1. Journaling .           Can’t stress enough how this habit is a life changing one. There are many types of journaling, but the one that I’ve a good experience with is called stream of consciousness. Basically it’s writing whatever come to your mind in a paper or notebook without filtering it. This is especially helpful when you’re going through difficult times, as the act of writing things down in itself is therapeutic, let the fact that you will have the similar affect of talking to a friend, but it’s better because you can write without limit or restriction of what you think and feel. Also from journaling benefits is that it clears your mind and improve creativity. 2. Mindfulness.
